From the outset Andrew was very professional in his dealings with us. He kept us informed of what was happening and made appropriate recommendations as to the marketing of the property. As first-home-buyers and fairly new to New Zealand and Christchurch, we knew we would need someone with real-world expertise in guiding buyers through the local market. Our total journey was around five months long, and we made a good decision to get Andrew involved with our search once we got serious about moving ahead to successfully by a house.
