Chris was fairly instrumental in helping us achieve our first home purchase. We worked with him whilst trying to purchase another home which we missed out on, so he kept us in mind and let us know in advance of our now new home going live to market. We viewed it 1 day after it went live and had an offer in by the end of the week. Chris went above and beyond in my opinion to work with us answering a bunch of questions and seeking information from the vendors, and making himself available at all times for viewings and inspections etc which made life a lot easier for us.
