Fantastic agent
Chris is a great agent, always coming us in the loop and asking questions that count. He doesn’t waste my time by messaging me for nothing questions. Highly recommend him. Stayed on the phone through the whole auction process also

Excellent
We met Sarah when she came over for our house appraisal. We found her very friendly, driven and knowledgeable, and decided to entrust her with our house sale. And she did not disappoint! Selling our house with Sarah and Karl has been a breeze. They kept us informed after each viewing, and got us the result we were after, after only being on the market for 2 weeks. We would definitely recommend them both!

Efficiency & professionalism
In a very difficult housing market, Christina, worked extremely hard and smart to get our property sold and she helped us to negotiate with the vendor of our next property. The only reason why we put an offer in our next property is because Christina made the process straight forward for us. At the same time, I don't think the buyers of our property understand the dedication & commitment Christina showed in order to secure them a very good deal with their limited timeline, tight settlement dates and lack of proper deposit funds. Without her approach, we would have rejected the deal right away. Christina truly believes on helping her clients to find a property they can call home. She is the ideal agent for those inexperienced buyers or those that find the property market here in New Zealand too tricky or frightening. She is the type of agent that cares about people, that matters and makes a difference.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION
Chris Triscott immediately impressed us with his professionalism , his friendly manner and positive approach to the selling of our house. He quickly got to know our circumstances and reasons for selling our house. He appreciated that because my wife and I were both in our eighties, and that because of my wife's severe heart condition , he needed to make our house sale as free of stress as possible. He also knew we had placed a deposit on an Retirement Village serviced apartment , and time was of an essence. He impressed us with his detailed marketing plan . His price ideas were the most appealing of all the agents we had approached and very close to our own ideas. With all that in mind Chris immediately got everything arranged for our house to go on the market. The For Sale board was not even up before he had arranged for a private viewing. Within another few days Chris came round to put an offer before us, which after our counter offer we had an agreed sale. The sale was absolutely perfect for us , as it was a young couple who were first home buyers with guaranteed finance. Over our 57 years of married life we have never experienced such a stress free agreeable house sale. We would thoroughly recommend Chris Triscott to anyone wishing to sell their house with a real estate agent who really looks after his clients.
