Recently we sold our Hillcrest family home of 18 years and relocated north to Warkworth for our retirement years. Such a move was understandably a major physical and emotional undertaking for us and, looking back, we are so incredibly grateful for having Team Booth on our side. We were also impressed by the energy and creativity that Annie and Je’maine brought to the whole process – right down to the detail of helping stage for the open homes. Professionalism oozed from every aspect of their marketing. No stone was left unturned to generate the maximum amount of buyer interest in our home. This was reflected in the large number of parties who were shown through our home, and the number of bidders who took part in the auction. In what was a particularly challenging time for the market, and a traditionally quiet time for buyer activity, we were both delighted and relieved that Team Booth achieved the outcome we had hoped for. We knew we were in safe hands. Annie and Je’maine kept us completely informed and encouraged through the whole process. In our opinion their combined management and marketing skills and experience are second to none. It may sound like a cliché, but it really was a case of their teamwork making our dream work!
