Friendly, focused and gets the job done
Claire was the perfect agent for me. She understood me right from the start. She helped me at every turn and often went the extra mile to support me - securing staging with extremely short timeframes, recommendations for a gardener and other services, working closely with my tenants, even helping with moving and a number of last minute jobs before settlement. In the end we got both my properties sold and I would highly recommend Claire to anyone who is thinking of selling. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and she knows her stuff.

Jo has been by our side throughout this whole process. Great communication, extremely knowledgeable and helpful advice with a calm and relaxed nature. Professional property agent Joe is what you need to go with.
Joe as the property agent currently helped me sell my property . To be honest, I didn't expect too much because the marketing is not that active at the moment. However, Joe had put a lot of efforts and supported me with everything including open homes, property inspection and some other checks as well. As a vendor in overseas, it's a bit hard for me to talk to people such as inspector, body corp. manager but Joe became a great communicator between us and helped getting a lot of things sorted for me. I and my family is totally happy with this. I do appreciate everything Joe has done for us. Because the time difference between China and NZ, Joe had to talk to me when I finished my work which it would be late night time in NZ. Thank you so much Joe for being such responsible. Thank you for your amazing work. If any of my friends or people I know in NZ are looking for a property agent to buy or sell a property, Joe is absolutely highly recommended.

The BEST of the BEST 🤗
What can I say !!!! If you look up in sky that’s where you find this good looking lady that is about to make this happen for anyone in this planet . She did this like a fat kid eating an ice cream . And trust me she made this so easy that I almost quit my job to do what she does . 😂 . On the first day she gave us hope and that’s exactly what happened . We trusted her and knew she was the right person from the begging . We can not thank her enough for what she did for us and really appreciate her time and and effort. Sam has the best personality that you can not find anywhere these days . I wish there all the best in future and I’m sure she will be the best of the bests one day . Seamless experience
Michael was lovely to deal with when we were buying our new house. He answered all our questions, followed up to make sure we were ready for the auction process & just provided a fantastic service.
