Ilse and Sam were instantly relatable and their team work and respect for each other is definitely a key to their success. Their communication skills were excellent as we were kept informed throughout the whole process. In the initial stages of preparing to market our property we had a couple of setbacks due to family health issues and Ilse and Sam were both empathetic and supportive despite having to delay their marketing plan on 2 occasions.
