Wanly communicated well and had a lot of knowledge. She was always available when we wanted to contact her and explain the process as this was our first time selling. She had a lot of experience and connections which allowed our house to get a lot of attention. During the negotiation process she was able work for us to get a good price for our house in this market. I don't know if we would have got as good a price if we went with anotheer agent.
