Fantastic agent
We had been looking for a property for almost a year for my fathernlaw , Matt knew what we were looking for as we had been to a few open homes of his , Matt had a property coming up so he rung us and said I’ve got the perfect property for you and he was right , the property is perfect for Dad . Wasn’t an easy deal to put together because of probate but we managed it well. Thanks Matt Joe is very happy and settled in .

Top Bloke & genuine commitment
We found Matt through his dedicated involvement in the local community and online presence which set him apart from many other agents. Matt should be everyone's local guy for Real Estate. He marketed and sold our property with impeccable service and communication throughout. He took into account our feedback and offered some super insightful suggestions along the way. Couldn't wish for better service.
Initially, we choose Matt after talking to a number of Agents because right from the start, he was genuine in his communication with us and presented himself authentically. There was no hard selling to get us to sign up, and we never felt under pressure. His knowledge of properties and their values was exceptional and he freely discussed the merits and hindrances of the property we were selling compared to others in the area. We felt fully informed and definitely had a better understanding of real estate in the area as a result. His professionalism couldn't be faulted. he prepared a comprehensive marketing plan which he went over with us in detail, explaining his reasoning and adjusting it according to some of our own thoughts. The campaign went to schedule, and we were given weekly reports of how it was proceeding and otherwise kept up to date at all times. He attended to all the requirements of the Sale and Purchase Agreement expediently, and the whole process went smoothly. We couldn't have wished for better and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Enjoyable experience

Most genuine, friendly and helpful agent!!
Over our 4 years of on and off house search Matt was extremely helpful throughout the process. He is easy to approach during open homes and made the process a lot less stressful by answering all of our questions. After dealing with so many agents, Matt was definitely one of the most genuine and friendly agents. He went above and beyond for us helping get our preapproval in a short timeframe. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to buying or selling their home.

Ben was the agent for the sale of our house and I can't recommend him highly enough. He was caring of our situation but also was enthusiastic and energetic about the whole sale.
