Amazing result from an amazing agent
Ben’s work ethic was second to none. He communicated throughout the whole process and advised on what to do the whole time. He worked the buyers and in the end he got us a result that we couldn’t pass up and we’re so happy with. Ben’s knowledge of the industry and his marketing was on point. He appealed to so many buyers and went above and beyond when vetting the right people for this property. I would recommend Ben time and time again and will use him when buying or selling anywhere in Auckland.

Absolute Superstar

Excellent experience
Ben provided an excellent service with great market knowledge from the start, timely communication and a friendly and professional manner. Using his market knowledge and contacts Ben managed to achieve a sale in one day for a price that we were very happy with. Once the sale was achieved Ben continued to keep us up to date as conditions were completed. He is a hard working agent who we know also supports his community. On the ball from day one. Extremely accurate appraisal and time frames culminating in great result.
Extremely helpful and excellent communication throughout the whole process. First Real Estate agent I have ever met that gave up his own time to mow lawns, weed gardens and make trips to the dump. Couldn’t fault him in anything and have already passed his name on to future customers.

Great agent that goes above and beyond.....
We have had Ben working with us for about 7 months trying to find our next house. His communication, manners and drive to find what we wanted was amazing.
