We were so pleased with Anita and her team, they provided a topnotch service.
They communicated clearly throughout the process, had regular open homes which were well attended and followed up with potential buyers. They provided feedback so we were kept up to date with all the details. We felt we were in really good hands, they really worked hard on our behalf, had detailed market knowledge and were professional and reliable. When there were offers, we didn’t feel under pressure to accept. They talked us carefully through our options and left it up to us to decide. Debbie was a pleasure to work with while selling a property for the first time. From our first meeting, she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Debbie listened to what our goals were and then worked patiently with us on putting together a strategy, taking the time to explain the different options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. She also gave us sound advice on how to best prepare the property for sale. Her communication was excellent throughout the process.
