The best by far!
Gareth is by far the best agent we have worked with! Now we're not experienced buyers by any means, but we have been dealing with agents every weekend for the last 10 months and he's standing out in front when it comes to what you think real estate agents should be. From the get-go Gareth was personable, open, honest, and forthcoming. He listened to our needs and wants, something that we found others tended to overlook. His way of open honest communication made a very complex process a lot less scary and a lot more personable. We cannot recommend Gareth highly enough! Use him if you're buying or selling, you won't regret it.

Beyond expectations
We felt that both Anita & Kieran went well above and beyond the duties we would normally expect from someone selling our home. It is a tough market, but the team stayed on top of marketing and gave us regular feedback and useful information. We felt we went with the best team in the area and cannot recommend Anita, Kieran, Cara and the team highly enough.

Best experience!
Having limited experience with selling, I was apprehensive and also going through a difficult time personally through this process. Anita and her team made everything as simple as possible whilst still explaining every step and giving me the information I needed, when I needed it. They were knowledgeable with a high level of confidentiality. Given what I was going through they went above and beyond to make sure care was taken through every step. I am not in the market for a new property yet but would absolutely use them again in the future whether it be buying or selling. I was truly blow away at their amazing service and professionalism throughout.

Best team on the Hibiscus Coast
Anita and Kieran aren't just the nicest people to sell your house through, they are the best on The Coast. Their market knowledge is second to none, and their advice and communication during the process is great too. We sold during a time of a market slow down, but their marketing know-how and advice was invaluable. Cara produced easily readable and descriptive detail for our property, backed up with beautiful photography and video of the property. Now our house has been sold, we can move on with the next chapter in our lives, knowing we sold with the best, with thanks to Anita, Kieran and Cara.

Strong Communication, but Mixed Results on Auction Day
As a seller working with Anita and Kieran to sell our property, we had a somewhat mixed experience. While they exhibited strong communication skills throughout the process, we felt that our best interests were not adequately represented on auction day. To begin with, we must acknowledge their excellent communication. They kept us well-informed at every step, promptly answering our questions and providing regular updates on the marketing and buyer interest. Their responsiveness and willingness to address our concerns were noteworthy, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in their abilities. However, when it came to auction day, we were left disappointed. It appeared that they did not effectively advocate for us during the bidding and subsequent negotiation process. The auction is a critical moment where we expected Anita and Kieran to be strategic and negotiate the best possible outcome on our behalf. Unfortunately, it seemed that they were more interested in a sale rather than ensuring that we achieved the best possible price for our property. This resulted in a less favourable outcome than we had hoped for. While we were disappointed with the outcome on auction day, we recognise that real estate transactions can be unpredictable, and there are factors beyond an agent's control. However, we believe that stronger negotiation skills and a more proactive approach during the auction could have potentially yielded better results for us.

An amazing journey.
Anita made what could be a very stressful time into a smooth process. Starting with the marketing of the property, she guided us through the options (we chose the Electronic 2 package), open homes and even suggested one or two changes to the furniture arrangement to make it look better from the buyer’s perspective. Anita worked tirelessly through the four weeks the house was on the market. Feedback was full and continuous. Anita is a great communicator, and kept us informed of developments all the way through. We had an exceptional number of viewings, due in a large part to Anita's follow up of enquiries. Anita's co-worker, Kieron Barakat conducted an excellent auction that resulted in an above expectation result. I have no hesitation in recommending Anita as the best agent on the Coast. Thank you for such an outstanding result.
