We sold our home at a time when the market, and mortgage interest rates, were moving quickly in the wrong direction. As we were moving out of town we need to sell well, and sell quickly. With all these factors in play everyone involved in the sale needed to be on the same page. As with all relationships, this required open, honest, and creative communication. In the end our house sold at a fair price, and once we had buyers the process went smoothly. Initially, when we were still in the very unknown phase of selling, we would have liked communication to be more personal. Some styles of communication are efficient, other styles work better when providing a service that should reduce stress.

From the minute we met Sandra Turner (who works for Anita) we felt comfortable. Sandra is a "buyers" agent. She went over and above helping us. She looked after our wee dog while we viewed properties, she took photos and measurements for us , she was never pushy and just wanted the best house for us. The personal communication, and the extra communication portals and systems this team has in place were brilliant, which made the whole process very easy right from the start to a successful sale via Auction in a difficult market.
