Top guy to work with
We had Gareth recommended to us to sell our non-CCC house that had experienced water-tight issues over the last 25 years. He was conservative and honest in his appraisal, being very careful to remain positive but also not hyping our expectations. Once on the market, the house sold quickly and to a purchaser that none of us had considered to be in the 'likely market' we had expected. While obviously disappointed that our house would never fetch the sort of $ that it would had it had a CCC, in our opinion Gareth secured the best we could hope for, realistically. His communication and availability is first-rate and he has always been very approachable, happy to assist wherever possible and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Gareth. PS We went on to purchase a new house listed by Gareth.

Knowledgeable, warm, and professional
We had an outstanding experience with Anita, Leah and the team. Nothing was too much to ask. They took the time to walk us through our options and we were able to buy the house we wanted, when at several points we thought it wouldn’t be possible.
