Anita was outstanding from the first contact. we had contacted three agents to have a comparison and by far Anita was professional , empathetic and honest. She had confidence in the property and was realistic about how to go about selling it. She presented us with a sales plan and actually fulfilled the plan on time. Others presented us with a hollow, cut and paste plan which had no depth or thought behind it. We found Anita was always easy to contact and communicate with and had a fantastic team behind her. We paid a little bit more for Anita and her team but got really good value for money. The process of selling mums house was made so much easier. because we had a trustworthy agent who we felt was representing us and our family during this difficult time. Quick response in all aspects. Gareth with his team Toni McCallion came to the same conclusion as myself & 2 builders who had inspected the property & marketed the property accordingly. Result - a very quick sale at a price a little more than expected. Gareth had his team member Toni McCallion look for an alternative property for myself which was found during the sale of my property & my offer for that property has been accepted.
