Professional, excellent realtor!!
Quick response in all aspects. Gareth with his team Toni McCallion came to the same conclusion as myself & 2 builders who had inspected the property & marketed the property accordingly. Result - a very quick sale at a price a little more than expected. Gareth had his team member Toni McCallion look for an alternative property for myself which was found during the sale of my property & my offer for that property has been accepted. A professional team very knowlegable of the real estate market!!
