This was invaluable as it was much easier to get a good sense of a property without the crowd of an open home, and saved us a lot of the leg work. Misaki eventually found the property that met all our criteria. She gave us sound advice on where to pitch the winning offer, which was accepted ahead of others. She made the sale process very smooth for us, and quickly addressed any concerns. It was a relief to have her guiding us in this very stressful time, as we were able to trust her implicitly to work on our behalf. The purchase of our new home all happened in a relatively short-time of viewing the open home. Maree answered all our questions and provided me with comparable sales info within hours of asking.
