Helped us find the house we had been looking for
Finding a new house to buy is time consuming and really hard dealing with so many different agents and companies. We loved the frank and honest conversation we got with Helen so gave her our brief and asked her to find us a house. The great thing about working with Helen is she can work with multiple agents so all we had to do was just turn up and she would line up the properties for us to view. Will never use another agent again and couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough.

Hard work with integrity
Helen worked extremely hard to sell a lovely home but with features particular to limited buyer groups. Helens persistence and patience pays off with a good price and topped it off by finding us a new home in an exceptionally tight market. We absolutely recommend Helen to sell your home if you are after a hardworking agent with integrity and passion.

Best agent in the North Shore
Helen has a wealth of market knowledge and works hard to market and present properties in a professional manner. She helped us find our home and worked for quite some time to get us across the line - this was really appreciated in a tight market. She also works well with other agents and agencies and is obviously well respected in the industry.

Best agent ever
Best agent ever Helen is a hard-working dedicated real estate agent that gives 100% all of the time. A lot of agents on the Shore are very poor communicators and struggle with basic abilities, like answering their phone. Helen if busy will return your call as soon as possible otherwise answers her phone most of the time. Can’t say enough good things about her work and ability to sell property. 100% recommend.

Lovely lady to do business with down to earth and very professional
Sims was a fantastic help getting house ready to sell She staged inside of house for me with her own furniture etc Changing the look of the house to sell She also gave great advice to ad valve to my home with doing driveway and grounds and finishing bits to house and also recommended fantastic contacts to complete things needing doing Priced house on the understanding that things where completed and was spot on with her pricing Kept me calm in a stressful situation being on the market Highly recommend her have sold 7 homes in the past and she preformed above what I ever expected from an agent Happy vendor Regards Grant

Misaki Is incredible
From the 1st open home through to the onsite auction Misaki was brilliant. Her advice was great and her demeaner and kindness put us at ease. We did as suggested, attending other auctions for experience and being present at all open homes for the house we wanted. On the day the of the auction Misaki helped guide us though, and in the heat of the auction explained and suggested options for us. This support played a huge part in us winning our home and we are forever grateful. Highly recommend
