Esther and Harry were great to deal with. They worked hard to present our pre- auction offer to the vendor in a very timely manner and had an answer for us later that evening. It was also their suggestion to add in a 'covid clause', and I'm glad they did as it saved us having to settle in level 4. The settlement inspection also went very smoothly and Harry made sure the underfloor heating panel was fixed as well as afew other small repairs to ensure our move went well. The team worked hard to look after us - they left us 3 beds to sleep in during the move, Harry hired a flexibin and said for us to use it, and let him know when it is full, and he will come and colllect it. Overall I feel we received excellent service.
