Selling a property is often a stressful time and so I think it is important to choose a good agent that you feel you can work with to get the desired result. Maree was great in so many ways and made the process so much more pleasant and easier that it might otherwise have been. She was always positive and clearly worked hard on finding the right buyer for the property. It is particularly challenging selling a tenanted property but this was no problem for Maree and she worked well with the tenant and kept them informed as well. She was great at communicating what was happening and I was never left wondering what was going on. Maree has a good grasp of the market and is very in tune with any changes going on. She was very professional and I would recommend her to act in your best interest.

Being locked out of Auckland just as we hit the market was a little disconcerting to say the least. We were unable to do all the final preparations for the property and were left a bit helpless. Helen has just made everything so simple and logical for us.
