Professional, Positive attitude, Fantastic to deal with
My elderly neighbour chose Jordan + Brooke to sell her home during the lengthy COVID lockdown in 2021. I was very impressed by the team's kind, caring attitude towards her, plus their ability to get tradespeople to help spruce up the property. Hence when I decided to sell my home, I reached out to them. Brooke has a relaxed and friendly attitude which took the stress out of the selling. In the middle of our campaign, I unexpectedly found a house I wanted to buy and she worked very hard to help me sell and buy within the very tight timeframe of 17 hours. Brooke also liaised with the agent of the property I wanted to buy, both in the pre-auction and post-auction stage. They say "it takes a village to raise a baby" and that same sentiment applies to buying and selling a home. I highly recommend Brooke, both as a real estate agent and also as an honest and ethical human being.

Recent house purchase
We were absolutely delighted to be introduced to Helen during our search for a home. She was so incredibly proactive, and just seemed to understand what we wanted. We had been looking, but once we were with Helen we were in highly professional and experienced hands, things all fell into place and we found the most perfect, beautiful home. Helen worked exceptionally hard helping all parties involved in this purchase, come to a very satisfactory agreement. She has the utmost integrity, and due to her exceptional communication and organisational skills, industry knowledge as well as being very personable, she brought a complex deal together that had many parties involved. Selling Property on the North Shore
I wish to thank Helen Shaw for her successful Auction campaign and the sale of our home in Milford. In a very turbulent market it was unknown what response we would encounter in selling our property. After 3 weeks of Helen working extremely hard to manage all aspects of promoting and negotiating with a buyer but also obtained a backup offer. Very accessible and amazing communication
We bought a property that was being marketed by Helen. She has been nothing but amazing with her communication and her prompt replies to all our queries.
