Professional, great area knowledge and communication skills
Simone has extensive knowledge and experience with real estate sales in this area. She has a lovely engaging manner with potential buyers and good communication skills with the vendor. Her brilliance in these areas made the experience of selling our house go so smoothly and we were able to enjoy the journey. Highly recommend!

The whole selling experience was seamless
Gavin and his team did a great job from start to finish with good communication right through out the marketing and selling process. The best agent HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Maree was wonderful to deal with through a hard time selling Mum's house and moving her to a retirement village. I couldn't ask for a more understanding and helpful real estate agent. Maree went above and beyond, helping me to refurbish and stage Mum's house, it was presented beautifully and I'm sure that contributed to it selling within 6 day's of it being listed. Maree was great at communicating with me. I can't recommend her enough !

Excellent sale by auction "Captained" by Maree Gray
Maree Gray's performance representing Harcourt & Co was excellent in every way. Maree took responsibility for everything from the start and her huge depth of experience quickly showed. She even prepared a great detailed plan of the process and timeline for our information and approval. The whole technical and tricky job was managed in a way that gave every confidence to us that she knew what she was doing. We got a good result at a difficult time to be selling and are very pleased.
