Friendly, professional and knowledgeable
Greg De Marigny and Karen McMahon were both friendly, professional and easy to communicate with and also very knowledgeable of the real estate market on Waiheke. We were able to have a few laughs with them during the selling process which made the experience a lot more relaxed and easy going. They were both realistic regarding the house selling process and gave us good insight into what to expect during the sale of our house. They took a lot of the stress of selling a house off our shoulders and we knew we were in good hands with them both. We would definitely recommend these two agents to anyone wanting to sell or buy real estate. They work very well as a team. Cheers Greg & Karen! :)

Great agent, clear communication and extremely responsive.
The experience we have had in purchasing the property was excellent. Ben followed up with detail after open homes and ensured clear communication, was always available for any queries we had and the responsiveness was excellent. If it wasn't for the flexibility around bidding terms and the prompt action to approve it, we wouldn't have secured the property.

Excellent professionalism
Ben Potter handled this transaction with great sensitivity and success. It involved a Family Trust owned property where the settlor was deceased. The property was in a relatively poor state of repair. Nevertheless a sale was achieved at auction that was slightly above the Trustees' expectations. Ben's reporting to the Trustees was exemplary.

Smooth Sales Process
we contacted Karen after 6 years as we originally purchased the property through Karen. The process was easy, we set a realistic goal for our sale price and they got to work on marketing straight away, we had the property listed for 4 weeks just prior to Christmas. Karen & Greg done an amazing job, and secured 2 offers for us. We negotiate with the purchasers and came to a price we were all happy with. It has been smooth sailing with Karen & Greg, and have no reservations in recommending them as a sale team.
