Trusted, steady and professional from start to finish
Gary, supported by Ben, recently sold my townhouse in Belmont in what was a challenging and drawn-out townhouse market. There were market factors at play that were outside anyone’s control, but what stood out to me throughout the process was Gary’s consistency, honesty and determination.
I have worked with Gary before, both buying and selling property, and I came back to him because he is someone I trust. He turns up, communicates clearly, tells it straight, and plays everything with a straight bat. That was especially important in this campaign. It required patience, resilience and a steady hand, and Gary never lost energy, focus or belief in getting the right result across the line.
Gary and Ben represented me and the property extremely well. They understood the story of the home, took the time to understand my circumstances and reasons for selling, and kept working week in, week out. Their communication was reliable, their advice was realistic, and their professionalism never wavered, even when the campaign required more time and persistence than any of us would ideally have wanted.
I also appreciated that Gary approached the sale with genuine care. He understood that the sale was connected to the next stage of my life and business plans, and he stayed interested in how best to support that outcome. While the final sale price was below my original hopes, I am content with the result and grateful for the effort that went into achieving it.
For me, Gary’s greatest strengths are trust, reliability, professionalism and work ethic. I would happily work with Gary and Ben again, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting agents who are honest, consistent and prepared to keep pushing when the market is not making things easy.
