We found Andrew to be honest, dependable and very hardworking. We were relatively new to buying property in the North Shore area, but Andrew provided us with detailed information and local knowledge that made us feel comfortable with the Torbay area, and in particular the house we ended up buying. Leading up to the auction I asked Andrew a number of questions and requested specific pieces of information, many of these involved him going onsite with measuring tape.....
