Andrew delivered!! Right from the start Andrew had a positive approach to enthusiastically list our property for sale. Andrew confirmed our thoughts that the real estate market was slow but with the right marketing strategy our chances of success were much improved. Andrew recommended staging the property which we did, and this presented the property at its best. After just two weekends of open homes (11 days on the market) Andrew secured a signed agreement and negotiated a price acceptable to both parties. 5 working days later we had an unconditional contract. My First Home Buying Experience
I had been searching for my first home for several months this year, and I finally found a property that ticked all the boxes.
