Right from the first time we meet Susan we knew we were going to be in good hands. We were very fast moving when we found the perfect home for us and Susan did not delay in getting everything organised at some pace, to submit our offer and then contract. Susan also very kindly attended the auction of our own home and was on hand to help things along when the negotiations got stuck with the auction participants. Fundamentally meaning we were able to get a good deal that was satisfactory to all parties involved. Susan was at the heart of that process and was the most relaxed of all the various parties, I am sure! She is an excellent communicator and kept in touch with us the whole way.
