Andrew Steel recently acted as my real estate agent and I could not have been more thrilled with the outcome, a stress free and positive experience with a very good result. It had been over 20 years since I had sold a property, the process having changed considerably over that time especially after the earthquakes of 2010 and 2011. Andrew made the listing process straightforward and easy with his honest appraisal of the property and his attention to detail when collating the documentation required for the sale. The marketing campaign was well constructed with professional photography and excellent visual presentation on several websites, the property signboard and the open home brochures and flyers. The first open home weekend led to an offer for the property the following week. Despite the offer being on the table, Andrew continued with further open homes with interest still being shown in the property. Andrew kept me informed throughout the whole sale process.
