We also received good advice from them on whether there were improvements that could be made to maximise the sale price. This saved us from potentially investing more money than would likely be recouped. Communication from both Sue and Jack was very good, and we were kept completely in the loop as to how the viewings were going, and how bullish or otherwise potential bidders were, price-wise.
