Tony has great local knowledge, in fact he lives in the same road that we bought our house. We have been away on a work contract so all communication has been via phone, and internet. The negotiation process was a bit challenging due to House owners being overseas but Tony provided great support & communication, we were very grateful.

Tony and Melissa Gardiner were the ideal agents to entrust our family house sale to as they have the empathy to deal with a 'deceased estate' and also the knowledge to sell houses that have various weathertight issues—neither of which must have been much fun for them. Yet they remained positive, diplomatic, and very proactive at sourcing the right type of buyers to get a result in a reasonably short amount of time.
