They were very personable, reliable, professional, with sound knowledge of the selling process.
They gave us thorough market information and working knowledge of the Matua area in which we were wanting to sell. Very respectful of our home and personal circumstances and tailored their service to help us achieve a great sales outcome. They are very good communicators and always available when we required information. Regular updates were given in a timely manner. We found the experience of selling our older home with them relatively straightforward and a positive one. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell in Tauranga’s western suburbs.

Great proactive and professional agents

We were guided in a very professional way as to the best way we could achieve the desired
It felt like a two-way experience. They listened to our expectations and supported us all the way through. If they felt, we could do better they made tactful suggestions to help us achieve the desired outcome. We were kept up to date about prospective buyers and were given statistical details relating to current and past sales data or trends. They were encouraging and realistic in helping us achieve our goal. Considering the current market conditions, we were very pleased with the end result.

Friendly, always available.

Sara Browne
Sara was recommended to me by a friend, and although I wasn’t quite ready to sell after our first meeting. Eighteen months later, when I was ready, Sara was the first person I called. From the outset, she was an excellent communicator. Whenever I rang, she answered, and she clearly talked me through every step of the process. The first few offers weren’t where I wanted them to be, and at no point did she pressure me. Instead, she went back to the market to search for stronger offers. Sara eventually found a young couple who submitted an offer. In the behind the scenes, she kept in touch with a previous couple whose offer had been below my expectations. She negotiated them up to a higher level and secured them as a backup contract, even making it unconditional. Both the contracts’ dates were perfectly aligned, so I knew one way or another my property would sell on the unconditional date. A true win-win, and a testament to Sara’s professionalism, persistence, and care. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone either selling or buying in real estate. Grant Hume

Professional and knowledgeable agents
We purchased our home through auction and had a good experience with both Sue and Jack. Communication was clear and professional and the auction process was a great experience for us. We were given the chance to meet up with another agent before hand for advice and to ask any questions we had about the auction. All relevant information and documentation was provided when it became available. Sue had been especially helpful, showing us other potential houses prior to our successful purchase.
