Hi all I meet tony for the first time at the property This guy was very professional in every way but super friendly BUT not in a way that a sale was all that mattered Answered all questions with knowledgeable answers and most of all gave me space to look around at my own pace which is so important to have time to look I have delt with a LOT of agents and open homes in last six months Omg some are dreadfully as we all know I can personally recommend tony from harcourts ( I bought that property) the right agent at the right time makes all the difference Well done

I listed my unit in Pyes Pa with Tony & Melissa Gardiner the reason being l had heard very good reports on their work ethic. Unfortunately the Real Estate Market died shortly after the listing of my unit. Being on my own it was really hard watching the weeks go by nobody at my open homes however they both just didn’t give up. 18 months ago Sue was able to pull off the sale of our existing home and the purchase of another within what was, by necessity, a very short timeframe - so when it came to marketing my mother's home, Sue was the obvious choice. She was able to give us good advice on preparing the home for sale, and that sale was achieved in a little over a month despite the market being extremely difficult and there being appalling weather for most of the open homes. Throughout the process Sue kept us well informed on any interest shown in the property, and was sure to follow-up with any prospective buyers. Eventually the stars aligned and the deal was done. On occasions when Sue was unavailable, Jack Solomon was able to step up to the plate and keep us in the loop. He was also instrumental in making sure that all of the background "admin stuff" was covered. So all in all, the sale was made promptly and at a level where both parties feel they have got a reasonable deal. You can't ask for much more than that.

From the get-go, we liked that both Tony and Melissa did the presentation together as it gave both a male and female's perspective, which we found helpful. We found them both likeable and relatable and they arrived with a strategy. There were also two really important things to us; timing and dates plus the best way to present our property to which they gave us names and phone numbers and a pre-prepared calendar, which was extremely useful. Tony was able to share through research and personal examples a lot of relevant information relating to house sales in our area, which we found very helpful in giving us a good perspective of what to expect. We felt Tony had good integrity and we could trust him. He had a calm demeanour throughout the process that helped us keep calm. We felt he was honest in his feedback and didn't sugar-coat anything. At no time did we feel pressured, the decision belonged to us. We felt that negotiations that led to the sale went well. We would happily engage Tony and Melissa's services again and recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Tony and Melissa for a successful campaign that led to our sale in a difficult market.
