Met Tony at an open home for the property we ended up purchasing. He made the entire process an easy experience. He was well informed on the property and its history which was provided to us and was approachable with any issue before, during and after settlement. He had everything readily available for us to make a well informed decision on buying the property and guided us through the purchase process. Tony has been absolutely brilliant to deal with and and communicated well throughout - even with an unexpected hitch along the way. I hope that Tony is still working when we come to sell as I would certainly expect he gives the same level of care and service to the seller as he has to us as a purchaser.

Sue and Jack took on the responsibility of selling our parents home for us. Sue was very prefessional yet at the same time personable. She was able to communicate to both my father (over 80yr) and myself and sister clearly and effectively. Communicating with both age groups demonstrated experience and skill. Industry knowledge very obviously very experienced, and also offered discussion with other senior staff. Sue's agent partner Jack was also very easy to communicate with when Sue was unavailable. We had a tricky sale and both agents worked closely with us. Will definately use Sue again should the need arise.

Where do I start! Tony & Melissa were appointed to sell our family home after our father passed.
