My first interaction was with Jack who arranged a viewing after a long day at work. I appreciated him making time to accommodate the viewings. I then met Sue on the second viewing and she was my contact for the sales and negotiating process. As I was a first home buyer I had never been through the process before and felt anxious. Both Sue and Jack made the process seamless, easy and were overly accommodating. Sue’s knowledge of the area and neighbourhood was comforting knowing she knew the people in surrounding addresses. Both Sue and Jack were amazing to deal with throughout the process and I can not thank them enough.

Sue and Jack were excellent to deal with. Our decision to list with them was multi-factorial. We had met Sue at some open homes in the previous year and found her to be genuine and personable. We wanted agents who had a proven track record, with extensive experience in the areas we wanted to move to. We found that both Sue and Jack were measured in their advice, which helped us to set realistic expectations from the start. They are a busy team but we have found Sue and Jack easy to contact. We would happily work with Sue and Jack again in the future.
