Going to be honest we were not overly impressed with James . He sold our home and we were able to purchase and move forward but communication and updates were few and far between and we didn’t feel very supported along the way .

Trish and Ron knew our market and advised us on the best plan and how to proceed. We were selling at a difficult time in the market when things were slow, they nevertheless, were encouraging and very patient, holding open homes and changing the advertising to maintain top market spots. Trish is a very friendly caring person, as is Ron. Ron came in to our home after working hours and loaded the photos of our house because I did not have the skills myself to do so, nothing seemed too much trouble to them. We cannot speak highly enough of them, and would recommend them to anybody as trustworthy, caring and efficient agents who work for you to get the best possible outlook when selling your property. They even helped us to buy our next home, in fact, we probably would not have bought it if they had not been there to help, such was the incompetence of the other agent.

It was a pleasure dealing with Trish she had great communications with us thought out the whole purchase of the property. She had very good knowledge on the property of interest and was able to answer all our questions. We felt that she was their for us not as customers but as a friend.
