As an ex serviceman (RNZAF) and having worked with and for Stu Wards whilst we both in the service, it was Stu I had NO hesitation in turning to sell my MOST valuable asset. My family home. Stu was ever the professional, fun and friendly and respected all parties involved in the whole process and got me an excellent price (10% above my top expectation). I would recommend Stu whole heartedly to any service man or woman or anybody for that matter. Stu and his team handled my sale in text book manner whilst I was away overseas........ It was like I was right there with excellent communications. Stu solved problems to my advantage when they occurred, and truly operates for his VENDOR. He truly gets the job. I am a woman on my own and Stuart was great, happy to open up for my family to come and see, visiting me at home when he needed to speak to me, making sure I understood the 'set up' of my new home etc. I was happy with the negotiation process and the result at the end.

Stu is an awesome genuine guy. Always willing to go above and beyond. Super knowledgable and if he didnt know something, he went away and found out the answer super fast. He is punctual and always replies to texts and emails straight away. He even came over after we moved to help us figure out the fibre box and to drill a hole for the microwave cord. Super awesome guy! Wouldnt hesitate to reccomend him to anyway.

Stu recently sold our house in Henderson Heights. He was great to work with and an absolute professional. No doubt it's partly due to his Air Force background that he is very organised, reliable, personable and really knows his stuff. Stu also went out of his way to help us with advice for the purchase of our new house, which went above and beyond! We highly recommend Stu.
