I first knew Sebastian about 12 years ago when I was looking for a house - the result I purchased Rhinevale Close. It was the best thing that ever happened to me, I have loved this house and have done a lot of redecorating but time to move on now and as Sebastian said to me "the time is right". Over the years I have occasionally thought about down grading but each time Sebastian has talked me out of it and told me to wait longer, he has a real feel for the real estate world and his positive attitude and knowledge makes him very easy to work with. I will always be grateful for his advice and simply being the special person he is.

Sebastian has gone the extra mile to make sure he meets my expectation on the selling price of my property. I knew from start that I am asking a bit too much for my property but he was always confident that he will achieve my reserve. He was amazingly supportive in dealing with the tenants, property manager and my solicitor so I did not have to worry at all. He is a ONE MAN ARMY. Bruce’s knowledge of the current market was first class and gave us lots of reassurance and confidence in himself and his PA Dale. Bruce provided excellent communication which was a phone call followed by an Email. Open Homes were always conducted in a very professional and friendly manner and the follow up communication was always very timely. Bruce and Dale were excellent and reassuring about the procedure and situations as they occurred and took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. I would highly recommend Bruce to any potential vendors.
