Superb agent
We found Martyn Birch friendly and approachable also knowledgeable with the Sounds area, fantastic communication and very professional. Selling in a depressed market
Despite rising interest rates and falling house prices, Jodi staged the house very well and persevered with the open homes and private viewings.She kept in constant contact, to them and Harcourts. keeping me up to date with progress and teamed very well with Ami Eyles. Well done to them and Harcourts.I highly recommend them to sell your house.

Helpful, supportive and professional service
Ben was very professional in his dealings with us from start to finish. He was helpful and supportive, providing us all the information we required to assist us with our decision making.
