Bryan understood our requirements and was able to refer us to a property which met our needs. From there, to the purchase of that property, and the sale of ours Bryan supported us every step. Outlining contractual obligations, the market environment and what we could expect to have have happen in the buying and selling process, he drew up a calendar of 'events', which proved very helpful. His use of up to date marketing tools was very effective. Bryan kept in touch regularly with out being at all intrusive.
