I would highly recommend Jodi to anyone wishing to sell a house. She has sold two for us now in Renwick over the past year. She always kept us up to date with what was happening, and even went out of her way to water our newly sown lawn and plants as we lived out of town. We found Martyn to be both professional and very personable as a real estate agent. He is easy to get in contact with and was reliable to follow through with extra questions that we had at a later date if he couldn't answer them straight away. Martyn even took us for a ride around the Pelorus Sound in his own boat to show us the bach we were interested in and bought (which is also accessible by vehicle) plus, he took the time to show us other bach's within the Sound at our price range. He never came across as though he was "just trying to make a sale"! We would recommend Martyn Birch.

Katie was fabulous! She was responsive and had everything well prepared for the auction. While I didn’t attend any of the organised open homes my folks did and really enjoyed the experience. My teen daughter even went along to a Friday lunchtime one the week before the auction (by herself) and was well impressed, both by the property and engagement with Katie.
