Julian Blanchard made the whole process so easy. We had two very different properties to sell to purchase one property, Julian used his knowledge and expertise to best market both properties. One property sold within two days the other sold at auction both with good outcomes. Julian was reliable and very motivated throughout this process but most of all he was honest and kept his word.
