Outstanding Support from Start to Finish

Tracey has great communication skills. She is open, friendly and makes people feel very relaxed in her company. Her knowledge of the housing market was exceptional, and we were always kept in the loop with what was happening with our house. We always felt very comfortable with the approach she took when it was time to negotiate, and we always felt everything Tracey did was in our best interest. She was honest with us (which was sometimes hard to take), but we appreciated that honesty always. We had some lovely conversations and a lot of laughs on this journey, and we never doubted that Tracey would not do her best for us. We have and will recommend Tracey to anyone selling their home. Janette is highly recommended and incredibly knowledgeable in negotiating .
Throughout our home-buying process Janette was very much comminicative. She answered our emails and giving us time meet her if needed. Great to deal with & kept us grounded throughout the process.
Stu made the process of selling our home of 45 years as stress free as possible, given that the sale was a sensitive issue for my wife. Analysing the market in our area, giving us an insight to its market value and guiding us through our marketing and pricing options, while giving us regularly updates throughout the sale process. We really appreciated his well thought out advice and support during this journey, and his negotiating skills weren’t too shabby either. Would highly recommend Stu for your Real Estate journey
