Rhonda was fabulous. We were moving towns so only had 1 weekend to look at open homes. She dropped everything to give us a private viewing, and showed us through every nook and cranny of the house. She maintained regular communication after the viewing, checking in to see how things were going with our house sale. When it came to the purchasing stage, she was very helpful with anything we asked, and flexible when we had an unfortunate delay. The whole sale felt very personal, she knew how much we loved the house and made sure we got it! I would highly recommend Rhonda!

After having our house on the market last year with a different agency and not getting the result we were hoping for, working with Nic was a completely different experience. We'd already moved away from Timaru and were renting the house out, so everything was done over the phone, text and Messenger. We never actually met in person, but that didn't matter. Nic kept us updated the whole way through and was always easy to get hold of. Part way through the process our tenants needed to move out urgently. It could have been a really stressful situation, but Nic worked closely with both them and us to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We really appreciated how she handled it and kept everyone informed. When we received multiple offers, I honestly went around in circles trying to decide what to do. Nic was amazing through it all. She never told me which offer to accept or tried to sway my decision. Instead, she listened while I talked it through (more than once!), answered all my questions, and helped me work through the pros and cons until I felt comfortable making the decision myself. I never felt pressured, which meant a lot. Nic is genuine, honest and incredibly easy to deal with. After our experience trying to sell the year before, she restored our confidence and made the whole process so much less stressful. We couldn't be happier with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nic to anyone looking to sell their home.
