Barbara did an amazing job handling the sale of our property and the purchase of our next property.
Barbara was very professional in all aspects of her work. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable not only around her role but on the historical background of Timaru particularly the area where we live and our desired area to move too. She was willing to go the extra mile to help and support us during the selling and most latterly the buying process. She managed, connected and transitioned 3 x seperate selling/buying parties at the same time to result in a smooth positive outcome. Such a great positive personality for this role.

Sale of Avenue rd
Sophie has a strong knowledge of the market, conyeing this with every step of the sales process. Sophie communicated extremely well with the elderly and recently widowed vendor ..building trust and offering fantastic support in what is a very diffcult time . Sophie also communicated extremely well with family members , which allowed us to support from afar. The sale was done with ease ( stress free) And thats a massive thanks to Sophie Armstrong for being one extremely switched on agent!!!! We couldnt recommend Sophie enough ..So do yourself a favor and place your biggest investment in her hands.. Guaranteed results!!!

I enjoyed Stu's 'straight up' no nonsense approach.
Chrissy Gardner of Harcourt's Geraldine was our first point of contact and because the property was close to Timaru she got Stu Piddington to assist with the sale process. They shared the open days. Both were helpful, communicative and worked hard to achieve an acceptable result. They were prepared to listen to my point of view and, dare I say it, put up with my idiosyncrasies. I have appreciated getting to know Stu and no doubt he will be hearing from me in the future! I would have no hesitation in recommending Stu and/or Chrissy to represent your property and get it SOLD.
