Tracey has great communication skills. She is open, friendly and makes people feel very relaxed in her company. Her knowledge of the housing market was exceptional, and we were always kept in the loop with what was happening with our house. We always felt very comfortable with the approach she took when it was time to negotiate, and we always felt everything Tracey did was in our best interest. She was honest with us (which was sometimes hard to take), but we appreciated that honesty always.
