She was open and honest throughout the process ensuring we were aware of all aspects of the property that we were purchasing. I appreciate that the duration of our decision process Jan left us to it and was not continuously calling us for a response but was available at all hours when we needed answers to our queries, she was not pushing for a sale she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase. Jan was very transparent and a very genuine real estate agent to go with.

Jan was fantastic to deal with. I have had no experience with real estate agents either from the vendor or purchaser side before, and Jan explained everything very clearly, kindly and patiently. She was available and responded promptly to queries at all stages of the process. She did a great job at marketing a fairly rundown property, leading to an excellent result at auction. Initially our home was listed with another agent from Harcourts, (Daryl Siggleko) who we very quickly formed an excellent customer/client relationship with. Daryl (sadly for us), relocated to Dunedin. He assured us that he had two amazing ladies who would take over our listing. Leeanne and Jan proved his words to be correct, and we immediately had an easy and open relationship with these awesome ladies. Their communication with us was faultless and of a very high professional standard. Words cannot describe how incredible Jan Meikle carries out her profession. I found that she values properties exactly to the current market. This you can see within her other listings and many sales. She is warm and engaging towards potential buyers and found the perfect buyers for my property. I consulted Jan about any property I was looking at to purchase, and she always gave me an opinion with honesty and knowledge. Jan was there for me through every moment of my journey of having to buy and sell on the same day. She communicated with me daily to see how my search was going, and to give me any feedback and updates on my house. She is a perfect package of professionalism and poise, yet will be there for you if you suffer heartache through losing an offer on a property. She said to me often: " I'm telling you, I believe it will work out...it always does". And it did. With her vast knowledge and skill, my house was marketed perfectly to the exact type of buyer. I received an offer and a contract after only 2 open homes. Jan was fabulous negotiating extensions and contract changes necessary in order for me to find my next property, without losing my buyers.
