Jan is a very warm-hearted and friendly agent
At first, when we visited the house, we didn't really want to buy it, because it was close to the road, and I preferred a quiet life. But Jan is a passionate intermediary. When we asked if we wanted an offer, we politely quoted a price, but what we didn't expect was that the seller would sell it to us. We felt both excited and calm. If Jan hadn't made any inquiries or responses to us, I don't think we would have paid too much attention to the house. I just want to tell you that she is a very professional intermediary. A real pleasure to deal with…
Leeanne was knowledgeable about the market in Oamaru as we were from out of town, she was helpful with giving us names of people and companies to help us get the home ready for sale. During the sales process we were kept updated on clients viewing the home and how the weekly open homes went. Leeanne was such a joy to work with she was very professional and always cheerful.
