We met Jan at an Open Home, while staying in Oamaru. At the time we wern"t able to make an offer on the home we viewed, but Jan stayed in touch, keeping us updated until we were able to return and revisit the house. Throughout the process of submitting an offer, negotiating with the vendor and going unconditional, Jan was professional, proactive and extremely helpful, making our purchase straightforward and stress-free.
