We've worked with Cheryl before, and found her to be extremely professional, so we were happy to engage her again with selling another property. Cheryl is realistic about the state of the market, and genuinely endeavours to put our interests ahead of her own (by not insisting on any particular high profile marketing/signage etc). Also, it took longer than expected to complete some refreshing of the property, but Cheryl continued to be supportive and patient.

Annette was very friendly and accommodating. We gave her such little indication about what we were after but she still was eager to help and aid us in finding our first home. She gave us great advice and had good knowledge of the market particularly since the market is seeing changes at this time. I appreciate that even after our offer was successful she spent after-hours time letting us bring flatmates through the house which we really felt was above and beyond. In times of panic on settlement day she was reachable and always so kind. We really valued having her guide us through the process given we were complete newbies to the buying process as well as being relatively new to the area.
