Julie was always helpful and had a trunk full of knowledge - which as an ex Real Estate agent myself, I can appreciate. We had some difficult hurdles to overcome with the property but with Julie's help , we got there. I would have no hesitation in recommending Julie to any future vendor or purchaser.

We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Julie. Her knowledge of the property market is impressive and made us feel safe and secure during the marketing period. Jullie gave us peace of mind during the entire period. Her communication skills are excellent, she is a good listener and kept us informed throughout. Nothing was too much for her, we could communicate with her anytime. She was always on time and supported us when we needed her encouragement. We have been very blessed to have Jullie guide us through this, for us, very tense and anxious period. She has delivery beyond our expectations for which we are very thankful.

Construct Enterprises is a Residential developing company that specialises in both multi residential development and high end housing. I was approached by Cian and Mark who offered to provide me with an appraisal that would highlight expected Sales pricing for my three townhouse development located in Forfar street. This was my first time having dealt with both Cian and Mark, however I was immediately impressed with both their professionalism and eagerness to be given an opportunity to market this development on behalf of Construct Enterprises Cian and Mark continued to keep in contact during the build process and were keen to know the ins and outs of the development, so much so they would visit the site fortnightly which allowed them an intimate knowledge of every aspect of the build process. On completion of the Townhouse I had Cian and Mark prepare a marketing plan for the Front unit and took their advice ,that we should take the property to market prior to the Christmas break despite it being a time where the market traditionally slows. The marketing presentation, photos and content the prepared was of a high quality and reflected the quality of the development in every aspect. I was pleasantly surprised (despite the time of year) that they sold the first unit within 3 weeks, and I attribute this to the commitment, determination and professionalism they demonstrated. I listed the other two townhouses with them in late January 2024 and again was pleased with the result given they have these two units under contract already. I would recommend both Cian and Mark to anyone looking to sell or buy as they are committed professionals looking to provide a quality service. I was especially impressed with their communication skills as they kept me updated every step of the way with their weekly reports and regular calls. Needless to say, with these results I have them about to start marketing my next development in two weeks' time Thanks Guys Blair Hickling
Julie was fantastic at communicating to my siblings and I how best to market and sell our father's home. She was so clear and helpful in answering our questions and concerns. We were confident that we were in safe hands in selling the property.

Danean has been absolutely incredible throughout this whole process. We had a fairly long list of requirements we wanted for the new house and a somewhat unrealistic budget to get them. Danean 100% delivered for us; she was kind and patient and went above and beyond to help us realise our dream. She took us to so many viewings, navigated our hectic schedules and helped corral our two whirlwind toddlers. When we hit a roadblock from the bank and lost out on the initial property we wanted, she convinced us to come and view just one more house when all I wanted to do was give up. We will be moving into that house in two weeks' time, thanks to her. I cannot thank her or recommend her highly enough.

We worked with Mark for the majority of our experience and appreciated all his great advice and knowledge given. Cian came on board to assist with going to auction and we were very thankful to have 2 professionals assisting us. Very grateful to have honest and trustworthy agents have our best interests at heart. Thank you very much to you both.
Julie was our real estate agent selling in Ilam, Christchurch. During the selling process Julie was wonderful. She was professional, timely, articulate and always well presented. Without her, I believe we would not have had the house sold at auction. She represents the industry well as a real estate agent. Highly recommended Julie to sell your home.

Cian gave tremendous advice, promoted the property immaculately along with wonderfull photographs & videos from Andrew. I asked Cian to always be honest and not tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. He was always honest, empathic, respectful & supportive. With Cian’s promotion and Ben’s auction style we managed to achieve a sale above expectations . Ben was so good he almost enticed me to make a bid. 🤣
