Right from the moment I met with Julie at the property I knew we were in safe hands. Juile was very imformative, helpful, and kind, which is really important when something you're about to do seems so huge, for us it was the sale of my Father's house and trying to do right by him, also after the intial meeting I was not going to be present in Chch so I needed to feel heard and looked after, all further comms were by phone/text/email and Julie and her assistant continued to be very helpful, responsive and supportive. The auction process and successful sale was the icing on the cake. Cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Julie.
