Danean has been absolutely incredible throughout this whole process. We had a fairly long list of requirements we wanted for the new house and a somewhat unrealistic budget to get them. Danean 100% delivered for us; she was kind and patient and went above and beyond to help us realise our dream. She took us to so many viewings, navigated our hectic schedules and helped corral our two whirlwind toddlers. When we hit a roadblock from the bank and lost out on the initial property we wanted, she convinced us to come and view just one more house when all I wanted to do was give up. We will be moving into that house in two weeks' time, thanks to her. I cannot thank her or recommend her highly enough.

Cian gave tremendous advice, promoted the property immaculately along with wonderfull photographs & videos from Andrew. I asked Cian to always be honest and not tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. He was always honest, empathic, respectful & supportive. With Cian’s promotion and Ben’s auction style we managed to achieve a sale above expectations . Ben was so good he almost enticed me to make a bid. 🤣

I was approached by Danean when i inquired about a property that was under offer. After a phone call asking for what i was looking for, what area i was looking in and a price limit - my inbox was soon filled with plenty of options to look at. After shortlisting some properties Danean had organised all of the open homes and came to each one alongside me and my family. We shared laughs and discussed pros/cons at each house (and as a first home buyer this was so imformative). After the offer was made - She was always checking in, keeping me updated on her end and informing me on her communication with the lawyer. She was always on the ball following up information and communicating these. I couldn’t recommend Danean enough for her ongoing support through this high pressure journey!

I asked Julie to sell my property on the advice of a friend. I found her to be knowledgeable, fast with communication and clear and direct with any instructions, she gave helpful insight into how to market and advertise the property. Overall the service she provided was superb and professional (she even mentioned that she wouldn’t bring up the sale if she ran into me in a social setting).
